Burbank, IL [DOM Communications] – Thursday, February 27, marked the official move of the Diocesan Center from Chicago, IL to Burbank, IL. The diocesan offices are now located on the property of Archangel Michael Church in the south suburbs of Chicago. In addition to housing the diocesan offices, the property of Archangel Michael will serve as the new residence for the hierarch of Chicago and the Midwest.
The relocation of the Diocesan Center has been in the works for a number of years. It was officially accepted in October of 2019 by the 58th Diocesan Assembly. This move addresses Bishop Paul’s goal to provide more working space for offices of the Diocese while reducing diocesan operation and property expenses.
