Chicago Deanery Opens New Chapel

Lake Geneva, WI (MW Communications) – With the blessing of His Eminence, Archbishop Job, a chapel has been established at Lake Geneva, Wisconsin to serve a growing number of faithful in the area and to be a place for worship for Orthodox Christians vacationing in the Lake Geneva area over the summer.

Holy Theophany Chapel, an outreach of the Chicago Deanery. The Chapel presently serves fifteen adults and is serviced by Father Thomas Mueller, Father John Jones and Protodeacon George Potym of Ss Cyril and Methodius, Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Beginning Sunday, May 24, 2009, Holy Theophany Chapel will celebrate the Divine Liturgy every second and fourth Sunday of the month throughout the summer months at 10:00 am. The community of Holy Theophany Chapel meets at Willams Bay Elementary School, 139 Congress, Williams Bay, Wisconsin.
