CHICAGO, IL [MW Diocese Communications] – Any and all Orthodox youth faithful are invited to join us at Holy Trinity Orthodox Cathedral, 1121 N Leavitt St, Chicago, for a Lenten Retreat on April 6, 2013. A printable flyer with more Retreat details can be found here.
Memorial Saturday Liturgy will begin at 9:30 a.m. There will be a pot luck lunch and Bible games from 11:15 a.m. until 12:15 p.m. after which Retreat Activities will be held until 3:15 p.m.
The event is free of charge. If you are planning on attending, please help with a Lenten potluck lunch. Help with teaching stations on that day is being sought from neighboring parishes. A planning date will be held in late February convenient for all the teachers (pastors are also welcome to help). RSVP is requested by March 16, 2013 to lr7288sr@sbcglobal.net.
