Annual Parish Reports due September 15
CHICAGO, IL [MW Diocese Communications] — In a memo signed by Philip Sokolov of the Diocese of the Midwest Chancery dated August 19, 2015, all parish rectors and priests-in-charge were asked to submit their Annual Parish Reports no later than September 15.
The report form, which is available on-line at www.domoca.org/files/54th_ASSEMBLY/2015-parish-report-blank.doc, may be submitted electronically in the same file format to chancery@domoca.org. It is required that all cathedrals, parishes and missions complete the form by the stated deadline. Information and membership statistics for chapels maintained by parishes also must be reported.
It should be noted that at the direction of the Diocesan Council, data is being sought for the entire year spanning September 1 through August 31 rather than for “previous calendar years,” as requested on past forms.
