Northwest Ohio’s ZOE for Life! to hold work session September 15
PARMA, OH [MW Diocese Communications] — ZOE for Life! will hold a work session at ZOE House, 5454 State Road, Parma, OH on Saturday, September 15, 2018.
“The purpose of the session will be to empower those who are interested, as well as those who are already volunteering, to share their faith with our clients and give them the tools to speak from the heart with clients who come to us,” said ZOE’s Paula Kappos. “Most of our clients feel as though they are walking on quicksand, with no safe ground in sight. By sharing His message of love, and our willingness to be there for them, we will be able to offer them His solid rock to build their futures on.”
Volunteers will meet at ZOE House at 9:00 a.m. Work will conclude at 4:00 p.m. Food and beverages will be provided.
To register for the work session please call 440-893-9990.
ZOE! for Life is a pan-Orthodox outreach endorsed by the Assembly of Canonical Orthodox Bishops of the United States of America that serves as a conduit, guiding women to a wider range of support organizations, providing them with a more attractive set of options and hopefully a more promising outlook on their situation. ZOE provides counseling, housing assistance, medical assistance, prenatal care, adoption and related services that are usually unknown to most women in crisis pregnancies. It is ZOE’s goal to offer more options to women in distress to empower them to make life saving decisions for their babies as well as themselves.
