PALOS HEIGHTS, IL [DOM Communications] – On Sunday, July 25, the feast of the Righteous St. Anna, His Eminence Archbishop Paul presided over services at St. Luke Orthodox Church in Palos Heights, IL.
Archbishop Paul was joined by, Archpriest Paul Jannakos, Chancellor, Rector, Archpriest Andrew Harrison, Archpriest Daniel Doss, Hieromonk Alexis ( Lisenko), and Protodeacon Andrew Werbiansky.
Before the start of the Divine Liturgy, His Eminence tonsured Justinian Tatooles, personal assistant to the Archbishop, and Cyril (Richard) Wolf as Readers. After the consecration of the Holy Gifts, Archbishop Paul ordained Sub Deacon Stephen Hansen to the Diaconate.
A meal was held in the parish hall in honor of His Eminence, and the clerical appointments that took place.
