New York, NY [DOM Communications] – The Assembly of Canonical Orthodox Bishops of the United States announced that year 2021 is the “year of the youth” for the Orthodox Church in this country. Danielle Geeza, Chairperson
Department of Youth Ministry for the Diocese of New York and New Jersey (OCA) recently reported, “we are excited to announce that part of this is a monthly Zoom call for our youth with our Orthodox hierarchs. These Zoom calls have been organized by region.”
The month of April will feature hierarchs from the Northeast region of the country, including His Eminence Archbishop Michael of New York for the Orthodox Church in America. Later dates will feature other hierarchs from the various jurisdictions and regions of this country.
