Your Eminence, dear Vladyko!
Please accept my heartfelt congratulations on this significant occasion—your 70th birthday!
Following the holy will of Christ the Savior, the Great Struggler, and obeying to His gracious Providence, throughout your life, you have sought to present yourself as a worthy servant of God, “as one approved, a workman who has no need to be ashamed, rightly handling the word of truth” (2 Tim. 2:15). From your youth, you have devoted yourself to serving God and the Holy Church, and now you remain faithful to the calling of your heart, becoming, by the action of the Holy Spirit, a bearer of Divine Grace, capable of kindling the fire of faith in Christ and brotherly love in the hearts of the faithful.
Honoring Your Eminence on this anniversary, I sincerely wish you, with the help of God, good health, spiritual strength, and blessings in your ministry, granted by our Savior. May the Lord abundantly bestow His mercy upon you and generously bless you and all the spiritual children under your protection.
