CHICAGO, IL [DOM] – The Department of Education of the Diocese of the Midwest has begun a Lenten Video series for the edification of the faithful. The first video in this series is a discussion on the newly published book “How to Read the Holy Fathers: A Guide for Orthodox Christians” between Priest Daniel Greeson, Director of the Department of Education, and Priest Joseph Lucas, Rector of Christ the Savior Orthodox Cathedral in Miami Lakes, FL. Fr Daniel and Fr Joseph discuss the challenges of reading the Holy Fathers and offer some guidance in approaching them.
