MINNEAPOLIS, MN [DOM Communications] – St. Mary Orthodox Cathedral in Minneapolis, Minnesota, hosts the Orthodox Christian Leadership Initiative Servant Leadership retreat on Saturday, February 29. The retreat, “Foundations of Servant Leadership and Creating Effective Ministry Teams,” will feature various Orthodox speakers providing principles and tools for clergy and laity that can make them more effective leaders and help the local parish to thrive in the community it serves.
As stated on their website, “the Orthodox Christian Leadership Initiative exists to nurture and empower Orthodox Christian servant leadership. It is a national initiative to increase generosity, servant leadership, and social outreach by clergy and laity of all jurisdictions working together nationally, regionally, and locally.”
