Holy Dormition Monastery to Host Retreat for Clergy Wives – 09/14/07
CHICAGO,IL [MW Commuications] – A two day retreat for clergy wives will be held on October 12-14, 2007 at Holy Dormition Moastery in Rives Junction, Michigan.
The theme of the retreat will be “Buildig Up the Body of Christ”.
The Keynote Speaker will be Joanne Abdalah, a licensed social worker with Family Hospice.
The $70.00 registration fee covers four meals and two nights lodging. Registration for Saturday only is $50.00. Registration can be phoned in to Kh. Joane Abdalah is a licensed social worker i Pittsburgh, PA and works with Family Hospice and Palliative Care. She is a member of the Orthodox Pastoral Counseling Institute of Pittsburgh. She is married to Fr. John Abdalah and they have three children. They are the editors of The Word, the official magazine of the Antiochia Archdiocese.
