“My Soul Magnifies the Lord” theme of Indiana women’s retreat September 29
MERRILLVILLE, IN [MW Diocese Communications] — The Protection of the Holy Virgin Mary parish here will sponsor its annual women’s retreat Saturday, September 29, 2012 on the theme “My Soul Magnifies the Lord.”
The retreat speaker is Helen Jonas, a graduate of Holy Cross Greek Orthodox School of Theology, Brookline, MA and member of Saints Constantine and Helen Church, Palos Hills, IL, where her brother is pastor. A professional teacher, Helen is a well known speaker and retreat leader.
The retreat is open to all Orthodox Christian women.
The all-inclusive registration fee is $25.00 before August 29; thereafter, the fee is $35.00. Scholarships are available by calling Matushka Cynthia Bodnar at 219-947-0827.
