Final Delegate Handbook, additional info concerning Assembly, now available
CHICAGO, IL [MW Diocese Communications] — The final edition of the Delegate Handbook for the forthcoming Assembly of the Diocese of the Midwest, slated to convene in Broadview Heights, OH on Monday, November 12, 2012, is now available on-line here. Hard copies of the report book will not be available at the Assembly; participants are asked to download and print copies and to bring them with them to sessions.
Additional information concerning the Assembly has also been issued by the diocesan Chancery office.
- His Eminence, Archbishop Nikon of Boston, New England and the Albanian Archdiocese will preside at the Assembly.
- Delegates and observers arriving by plane should arrive at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport on Sunday, November 11. A courtesy shuttle to the Crowne Plaza Hotel is available.
- Registration for both the Diocesan Assembly and the All-American Council will be available at the Crowne Plaza Hotel from 7:00 until 10:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 11. A welcome reception will be held during the same hours. Participants will be given information on Assembly ground transportation for Monday, November 12.
- Registration for both the Diocesan Assembly and the All-American Council also will be available at Saint Michael’s Woodside Center beginning at 7:30 a.m. on Monday, November 12.
