Chicago’s Holy Trinity Cathedral to host children’s retreat March 22
CHICAGO, IL [MW Diocese Communications] — Holy Trinity Cathedral, 1121 North Leavitt St., Chicago, will host a Lenten retreat for children on Saturday, March 22, 2014.
The program will begin with the celebration of the Divine Liturgy at 9:30 a.m. and conclude prior to Vigil at 4:30 p.m. A pot luck luncheon will be served after the Liturgy. At 3:00 p.m. Confessions will be available.
A full day of activities is being planned for all ages, including prosphora baking, a Holy Week and Pascha recall memory game, and making Liturgy scrapbooks and Orthodox Christian “Guidebooks for Life.”
