Bishop Alexander to lecture at Ohio’s Lourdes University March 23
SYLVANIA, OH [MW Diocese Communications] — His Grace, Bishop Alexander, will deliver the 32nd Ecumenical Lecture at the Franciscan Center of Lourdes University here at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 23, 2014.
The lecture, offered in cooperation with Toledo Area Ministries and the Toledo Catholic Diocesan Ecumenical and Interreligious Affairs Commission, is free and open to the public.
In his lecture, titled “The Question of Baptism in Ecumenical Relationships,” Bishop Alexander will draw upon sound historical theology and tradition to help remove some of the roadblocks on the path to unity between Orthodox, Catholics and other Christians.
