Chicago-area Pan-Orthodox Thanksgiving Day Liturgy announced
CHICAGO, IL [MW Diocese Communications] — The annual Pan-Orthodox Thanksgiving Day Divine Liturgy for faithful throughout the Chicago region will be celebrated at Holy Virgin Protection Russian Orthodox Cathedral, 1800 Lee Street, Des Plaines, IL at 9:00 a.m. on Thanksgiving Day — Thursday, November 25, 2015.
The Orthodox Christian Clergy Association of Greater Chicago and Orthodox Christian Synergy will be sponsoring the celebration.
The cathedral choir, under the Direction of Dr. Misha Gill, will sing the liturgical responses.
The public is invited.
