CHICAGO, IL [DOM] – The Orthodox Family Life website, which hosted Archbishop Paul’s weekly reflections and occasional livestream discussions on family life, has become defunct since his falling asleep. With the blessing of His Eminence Archbishop Daniel, the Diocese of the Midwest has begun to explore new ways to support the faith of our families. A committee has been established to explore the feasibility of offering weekend, in-person family camps at retreat centers around the diocese, to begin as early as summer of 2024.
The Diocese is seeking input from those with experience running camp and family ministries. In particular, a layperson with the time and talent to take on a part-time role as director would be ideal.
