On Saturday, July 15, the feast of St. Vladimir, Equal to the Apostles, His Beatitude presided at the celebration of the hierarchical Divine Liturgy at Saint Mark Church, Bethesda, MD. Serving with His Beatitude were Archpriest John Vitko, chancellor, Archpriest Gregory Safchuk, Rector, Priest Alessandro Margheritino, OCA Secretary, and other diocesan clergy. The responses were sung by the Archdiocesan Choir under the direction of Ms. Juliana Woodill.
