CHICAGO, IL [DOM] – His Eminence Archbishop Daniel of Chicago and the Midwest has announced the appointment of a new Chancellor. On July 1st, Archpriest Herman Kincaid will be appointed Chancellor of the Diocese of the Midwest.
The Chancellor of the Diocese is the first priest of the diocese and serves as main administrator assisting the Archbishop’s office.
