CHICAGO, IL [MW Diocese Communications] — The 58th Assembly of the Diocese of the Midwest will be hosted by Archangel Michael Church of Broadview Heights in the Greater Cleveland Area of Ohio on October 7 and 8, 2019.
Registration and a reception will be held on the evening of Monday, October 7, with the Diocesan and Bishop’s Councils slated to meet earlier that day. The Hierarchical Divine Liturgy and first plenary session will take place on the morning of Tuesday, October 8, with the final session scheduled to wrap up late that afternoon. Delegates from regions of the diocese other than Cleveland are urged to arrive on Monday evening, and to schedule return flights for no earlier than 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Cleveland Hopkins International Airport is the closest airport to the assembly site.
Accommodations have been procured at the Crowne Plaza Hotel Cleveland South, 5300 Rockside Road, Independence, Ohio, at a rate of $89.00. Call for reports
Parish Rectors and Mission Priests-in-Charge are requested to submit Assembly Registrations and Annual Parish Reports through the diocesan “Reporting” web site. If you do not have a login, or are otherwise unable to submit the information in this manner, please contact Philip Sokolov at chancery@domoca.org.
Officers and chairpersons are asked to submit reports via email to chancery@domoca.org.
The deadline for registration and all reports is Sunday, September 15.
