CHICAGO, IL [DOM] – For the second year, thanks to generous giving to the Archbishop JOB Memorial Fund and continued funding from the Diocese of the Midwest, we are able to offer scholarships to help defray the costs of Orthodox Summer Camps and OCF Conferences for youth in the Diocese of the Midwest. We hope these scholarships will enable more young people to enjoy the spiritual and physical benefits of summer camps and youth conferences. Applicants should be members of a parish in the Diocese of the Midwest and attending an approved Orthodox youth camp or conference.
Please complete the application for consideration. If the camp or conference is not included in the list, please provide information about the event. The diocese will make payments directly to camps, and families will be notified when funds are paid.
The amount of the scholarship will vary based on the number of applicants and cost of camps or conferences. We are hopeful these scholarships will allow youth to participate in the spiritual and social benefits of camps throughout our diocese.
