CHICAGO, IL [DOM] – On Sunday, April 27, His Eminence Archbishop Daniel of Chicago and the Midwest presided over the Divine Liturgy at the Diocesan Cathedral, Holy Trinity Cathedral, Chicago, IL.
Serving with His Eminence were Archpriest Herman Kincaid, Chancellor, Priest Alexander Koranda, Cathedral Dean, Mitered Archpriest Sergi Prisacaru, Archpriest Tarasiy Maxim, Deacon Paul Garklavs and Deacon Joseph Winsler. The choir was directed by Ms. Olga Garklavs.
After the Great Entrance, Dn. Joseph was ordained to the Holy Priesthood.
Following the Divine Liturgy, the Archbishop congratulated the family. Fr. Joseph left for St. Vladimir Seminary after the service and will graduate at the end of May and begin his assignment in the diocese this summer.
